About Gun Cat

Humble Beginnings

Gun Cat began her career in the army, and later served in Law Enforcement, but she left the force after 9/11 to support the GWOT abroad. Today, Gun Cat is passionate about women's training and empowerment and considers it an honor to share what she has learned throughout her life and career with others.

Empowering Women

Gun Cat has spent the last 28 years honing her craft, and has been Blessed to have trained and worked with incredible warriors and heroes who continue to inspire and mentor her daily. She has not only trained extensively in her discipline, but she has actively used that training in the field. Gun Cat has a tremendous amount of experience working in unstructured and dynamic environments. Her teaching style is a direct byproduct of her training and her field experience.

Train Like You Fight

Being successful in the field often requires a certain measure of creativity and adaptability that training, alone, cannot accomplish. When seconds count, individuals have to be prepared to be their own 911 and First Responders.

Fear is a reaction, but courage is a choice. Gun Cat believes very strongly in empowering women to live confidently and with courage!
